Join us at Vera Fitness in St. Paul, Minn. (in-person or online) for an empowering reduced-cost mental fitness training session with 4D Fit founder, author, and mental fitness instructor Scott Mikesh, sponsored in-part by MentalFitness4All (a 501c3 partner program).
Since every brain is as unique as every body, this informative session will provide science-based principles and practices based on YOUR needs to healthfully navigate stress and boost your energy, including breathing exercises, muscle activation, gentle stretching, nutrition considerations, and the powerful practice of gratitude (that can be easier said than done due to how our nervous system operates).
No special equipment required and reference materials will be provided (links for online attendees).
